Product introduction
Chinese Pharmacopoeia name: POvidone Kxx(xx stands for product specifications).
Product properties: Powder or aqueous solution, PVP is easily soluble in water, alcohol, amine and halogenated hydrocarbons, insoluble in acetone, ether, etc. It has excellent solubility, biological compatibility, physiological inertness, film forming, membrane protection ability and the ability to compound with a variety of organic and inorganic compounds, and is stable to acid, salt and heat, so it has a wide range of uses.

Product use
1, PVP in industrial and high-tech applications: PVP in pigments, printing ink, textile, printing and dyeing, color picture tube can be used as surface coating agent, dispersant, thickener, adhesive. PVP can improve the bond performance of binder to metal, glass, plastic and other materials, and PVP in the separation film, medical polymer materials, light solid resin, light solid coating, optical fiber, laser disc and other emerging high-tech fields are increasingly widely used.
2, the application of PVP in the daily chemical industry: in daily cosmetics, PVP and copolymer of good dispersion and film formation, can be used as styling liquid, hair spray and mousse styling agent, hair care agent of the sunscreen, shampoo foam stabilizer, wave styling agent and hair dye dispersant and affinity. Add PVP to cream, sunscreen and hair remover to enhance wetting and lubrication. In addition, adding PVP to the detergent has a good anti-color effect, and can enhance the cleaning ability.
3, the application of medicinal grade PVP (POvidone) : POvidone has a wide range of applications in medicine, and is one of the three new pharmaceutical excipients advocated internationally. The most widely used adhesives are tablets and granules. PVP can also be used as a flow aid for capsules, a detoxifying agent and lubricant for eye drugs, a co-solvent for injections, a dispersant for liquid preparations, and a stabilizer for enzymes and heat-sensitive drugs. Povidone can also synthesize PVP-I disinfectant with iodine. In contact lenses, PVP is used as a component of contact lenses to increase their hydrophilicity. PVP can also be used as a cryogenic preservative in medicine. There are hundreds of drugs using Povidone as excipients, and POvidone K30 has been officially included in the 2000 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia, and PVP has been included in the 26 edition of American Pharmacopoeia.

It is packed in cardboard drum and lined with double PE bag. Storage and transportation according to the general chemical regulations, net weight 25kg/ barrel, can be packaged according to customer needs.
