Organic polymer photoresist is a medium and carrier for micro and nano fabrication by two-color photosensitive laser direct writing technology, which directly affects the precision and authenticity of the micro and nano structures. Recently, Chinese scientists developed a polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) hybrid two-color photoresist. PVP has good compatibility with the active monomer of photoresist, which can improve the mechanical strength of photoresist, increase the conversion rate of polymerization monomer and reduce the polymerization threshold.
