가교 폴리에틸피롤리돈(PVPP)은 특정 조건 하에서 비닐피롤리돈 단량체로부터 중합되고 물, 강산, 강염기 및 일반적인 유기 용매에 불용성인 일종의 가교 중합체입니다. 중요한 고분자 정밀 화학 제품인 PVPP는 우수하고 독특한 특성을 많이 갖고 있으며 화장품, 식품, 의약 및 기타 분야에서 널리 사용됩니다. 특성 가교 폴리비닐피롤리돈(PVPP)은 물리적 또는 화학적 가교에 의해 선형 PVP 분자 사슬로 볼 수 있습니다. 다양한 합성 방법으로 얻은 PVPP의 일부 특성은 가교 방법과 가교 정도가 다르기 때문에 다릅니다. 가교 정도에 따라 PVPP는 고흡수성 수지(낮은 가교), 흡수성 겔(중간 가교) 및 불용성 물질(고 가교)로 나타납니다.

일반 특성 및 용해도
Crosslinked polyvinylpyrrolidone PVPP, white or nearly white, with hygroscopicity and easy to flow powder, odorless or slightly odorless, insoluble in water, alkali, acid and common organic solvents, with strong expansion performance and complex ability with many kinds of substances. The water absorption rate increases with the increase of relative humidity, and the formation of gel inhibits the penetration of water into the tablets, and the disintegration rate of the tablets slows down. PVPP, in contrast to some other disintegrating agents, is insoluble and has no tendency to form gels at all.
​Complexation and solubilization
PVPP와 다양한 의약품 및 기타 물질은 복합체를 형성할 수 있으며, 형성 과정은 가역적이며 알칼리성 매질에서는 형성되지 않습니다. 페닐 및/또는 카르복실기를 포함하는 방향족 화합물과 복합체를 형성할 가능성이 높으므로 제약 산업에서는 의약품의 용해도 및 생체 이용률을 향상시키고, 퍼피렉신의 맛을 향상시키며, 팅크에서 폴리페놀과 탄닌을 흡착하고, 약초는 설사, 위염, 궤양, 식도열공암 등을 퇴치하는 효과가 있습니다.
​Swelling and disintegration
PVPP는 모세관 활동이 높기 때문에 정제에 물을 빠르게 흡수할 수 있습니다. 내압(팽윤압)이 정제의 강도를 초과하므로 정제가 순식간에 용해됩니다. 그리고 가교결합 사이에는 접힌 분자사슬이 있기 때문에 물이나 수용액이 침투할 때 갑작스러운 충격에 의해 늘어나서 강제로 즉시 분리되게 된다. 팽창으로 인해 순 부피가 증가하고(5분에 약 2배) PVPP 정제 붕괴제로 제제화된 정제가 즉시 붕괴됩니다.
​Compressibility and adhesion
PVPP는 유동성과 소성 변형이 뛰어나 접착성이 우수합니다. 이 특성은 분무, 건식 및 습식 과립화에서 우수한 압축성을 제공합니다. PVPP 정제 붕괴제를 정제에 첨가하면 일반적으로 사용되는 전분, 셀룰로오스 제제 및 펙틴 화합물과 비교하여 정제의 경도 및 내마모성이 영향을 받지 않으며 정제의 캡 길이가 줄어들지 않습니다. PVPP는 윤활제나 접착제 없이 직접 압축 정제의 정제 붕괴제로도 효과적으로 사용할 수 있습니다.
​Capillary activity and hydration capacity
연구에 따르면 정제 붕괴제인 PVPPS는 큰 비표면적(평균 1.25m2/g)과 상당한 수분 흡수(높고 빠른 수분 흡수, 최대 60% 이상)로 인해 높은 모세관 활동과 수화 용량을 갖는 것으로 나타났습니다.
​Good compatibilities
PVPP와 다양한 유기 및 무기 의약품 부형제와 활성 성분은 상용성이 매우 우수하며, PVPP 정제 붕괴제를 함유한 고형 약물은 직접 타정, 분무, 건조, 습식 과립화 등 일반적인 알약 제조 기술을 사용하여 쉽게 생산할 수 있습니다.

Properties: white or near white, with hygroscopic easy to flow powder, odorless or slightly odorless, insoluble in water, strong alkali, strong acid and ethanol, trichloromethane or ether and other commonly used organic solvents, with very light expansion, excellent physiological inertia, biocompatibility and good ability to complex with many kinds of substances.

​Storage: The product should be sealed in a clean and dry warehouse, and attention should be paid to fire, water, sun, dust and pollution prevention.
​Precautions: Avoid skin and eye contact, do not inhale dust, do not ingest. If swallowed, seek medical attention immediately, minimize dust production and accumulation, and ensure adequate ventilation.
